Melissa Wu

Melissa has been a REALTOR since 2003. She has gotten numerous awards including: Top 1% for 9 years, and Top 10% for 17 years from the REBGV.

During her real estate career, Melissa has been searching for ways to share her experience or to mentor new agents, and offer coaching programs for agents to improve productivity. With this in mind, in 2017, she co-founded a boutique luxury brokerage and on-boarded over 125 agents, and the brokerage total sales volume of over $500 million in 2 years. However, the brokerage was not profitable due to brick and mortar expenses, operational costs and legal liability. From this experience, she learned that the traditional brokerage model is broken.

She is now very happy to be in eXp Realty where it is like owning **an international worldwide** brokerage but without the brokerage liability. She is now also starting a Top Realtor’s Coaching Program. For more information scan the QR code below and fill in your information for a complimentary 15 minutes one on one session.

In her free time, she enjoys self development, traveling, fishing, boating and hiking with Realtor friends.
